·   Feasibility study

Taking in consideration it was a functional farm has been operating for more than 20 years we calculated all the costs to make the proper maintenance required plus making up to date enhancement to meet its full potentials and putting a plan to make a soft convert 5000 acre from old C.P. to drip irrigation oil and fruit tree cultivation including  using the rest of the 10000 area irrigated by C.P. for cultivating cash crops to keep a healthy cashflow.

·   Design

Making all the designs including irrigation network – road network - digging new or replacing old deep wells – electricity network connected to a private sector supplier power company – maintenance to old 9 accommodation buildings and designing new 4 buildings – make sure that all new designed construction does not conflict with existed construction and to be assisting to the expanding plan.

·   Supervision

Including material inspection and supervising the daily tasks in order to reach a satisfying final operational stat since first day of land preparation till fully cultivated.

·   Management

Managing the seasonal and daily operations including contracting for supplying the product and handling all day-to-day operations on site.
